Karly joined Creative Kitchen & Bath in 2021 after four years of sales and marketing in the oil and gas industry. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Business. Her loyalty and dedication to service are some of the many reasons why she is excited to broaden her career in the building and plumbing industry.
Tiffany Seelbach
Showroom Manager | Louisville
Tiffany joined Creative Kitchen & Bath in 2004 and is one of our most dependable team members, with over 17 years of industry experience under her belt. Alongside her excellent work ethic and energetic personality, she is an expert in product knowledge and client relationship-building. She began as a sales representative and has worked her way up to being the Showroom Manager in our Louisville location. Tiffany specializes in residential and commercial jobs, working on both new and remodel projects.
Caryn Belcher

Caryn joined Creative Kitchen & Bath in 2021 with over a decade of working experience in the plumbing industry. She brings her extensive knowledge from all phases of plumbing projects to our team. Caryn strives to make sure her clients are fully satisfied with her service and the outcome of their project selections.
Debra Hupman
Designer | Lexington
Debra joined Creative Kitchen & Bath in 1986 and has since become one of our most accomplished designers. She has been the recipient of numerous design awards including the Kentucky Home Builder's Kitchen & Bath Award and the NKBA Chapter Design Award. Her expertise and innovative solutions have been featured in many local and national publications. Debra attributes her success to her ability to integrate clients' lifestyle, desires and budget into a functional and cohesive living space that transforms their homes. She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designs (ASID Allied) and has earned official certifications as both a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) and Certified Bath Designer (CBD). She has specialized in kitchen and bath design for more than 25 years.
Pam Newton
Designer | Lexington
Pamela joined Creative Kitchen & Bath in 1992 after graduating from Eastern Kentucky University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design. She is one of our most skilled designers, with over 25 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry. She is currently an active member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), and has served as an NKBA officer representing the chapter on a national level. Pamela has mentored interior design students through the University of Kentucky Mentorship by Design Program, and is recognized as a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD). Her work has been featured as a Designer Showcase House, which benefits the Nursing Home Ombudsman Agency of the Bluegrass, as well as many other showcasing events, including the Tour of Remodeled Homes, and the Kitchens of the Bluegrass Tour, which benefits the Children’s Advocacy Center.
Christina Story
Showroom Manager | Lexington
Christina joined Creative Kitchen & Bath in 2019 and has worked her way up to Showroom Manager in our Lexington location. She graduated from Kansas State University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Architecture. She has been working in the kitchen and bath industry for over 15 years, and across three different states. Her work has been showcased in the Tour of Remodeled Homes 2019. Christina is an expert in product knowledge, strategic thinking, and remodel or new construction design.
